§ 14-18. Purchases from any person under eighteen.

It shall be unlawful for any person holding a license under this article to purchase or otherwise obtain from any person under the age of eighteen (18) years any of the parts or articles described in section 14-36 without first having obtained from the chief of police a permit in writing to do.
