§ 14-16. Record of purchases, sales, etc.—Required.

Any person holding a license under this article shall keep a register or other book or record in permanent form, wherein there shall be shown all purchases and sales and other transactions in connection with used or secondhand parts or used or secondhand farming implements, as referred to in section 14-36, the day and hour of such transaction and the name, age and address of the seller or purchaser or person involved in such transaction and a description of the merchandise which may be the subject of such transaction sufficiently detailed to identify such article.
